Canceling Services with Zoek
Your agreement with Zoek can be closed at any time.
Please note: this does not mean that you will not be responsible for completing any owed payments to Zoek.
We do require that you contact us to let us know why you would like to stop receiving services and we will send you the Cessation of Services agreement which needs to be signed and returned in order for us to stop providing services for your account in our system. We do not accept voicemails, emails, chats, or any form of communication as a means to stop servicing your account without the Cessation of Services agreement being sent to you, signed, and returned.
If you request to stop receiving services during your payment plan, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of your payment plan before your account can be closed. This will be applied to the Cessation of Services agreement and must be paid in order to close your account. You do have the option to continue making your monthly payments for the duration of the payment agreement if you do not want to pay it off in full.
If you request to stop receiving services and paid in full upon signing up, you will not be responsible for making any more payments, and Zoek can close your account for you. Please note that you will stop receiving services should you chose to close your account.
